ADAPT. My approach is evolutionary, not revolutionary. We start where you are, keep what works, and change what’s needed to get you where you want to be.
IMPROVISE. My approach is based on learning. Instead of prescribed meal plans, together we develop templates that give you the flexibility that real-life demands. I will explain the impact of training on your nutritional needs. We will learn how to align food and fluids with those needs. You will have the knowledge you need to make fueling decisions at any time.
OVERCOME. I’m here for you. You are in charge but I’m here to help you achieve your goals.
