What to expect in a performance program
We can meet virtually or in your home. In our first 30 days working together, we’ll understand where you are now and where you want to be. We’ll work out your macronutrient and fueling needs based on:
A comprehensive assessment of your:
- medical history
- eating habits
- training schedule
A review of your:
- performance goals
- body composition goals
- previous experience
- lifestyle
At the end of our first 30 days you have the option to work the plan on your own or we can work together on a month-to-month basis to:
- monitor and adjust fueling as your needs scale up and down
- develop race/competition day fueling and hydration plans
- assess travel accommodations and nutrition options
