What to expect in a fitness program

We can meet virtually or in your home. In our first 30 days working together, we’ll assess your current activity level and eating habits. We’ll explore pathways to the healthy, active lifestyle you want based on your:

  • personal goals
  • medical history
  • previous experience
  • lifestyle

At the end of our first 30 days, you have the option to work the plan on your own. Alternatively, we can work together on a month-to-month basis. This will help keep you on track toward achieving your goals.
